'Introitus', the single from Black Hekate's new EP 'Sepulcrum'

Dark Ambient band Black Hekate presents the single 'Introitus', a journey from the perspective of a ghost. His journey begins with the closing of his grave, and his awakening in a place unknown to him.

The work moves by trying to experience and imagine the passage into a new state such as death. Here the protagonist finds himself experiencing the first passage, having just died with "Introitus".

His questions, visions, fears and uncertainties will evolve in the EP 'Sepulcrum', with the tracks 'Mediolanum' and 'Exitus', a work without words to give space to personal visions. In addition, 'Introitus' will be interpreted, as a micro musical experiment, by various groups who will vocalise it in a totally personal way to show how diverse the 'feeling' of death is.

Certainly a mention of the liminal goddess Hekate....

The work was recorded in its essence live, to ensure a uniqueness of expression, a unique moment.

The 'Sepulcrum' EP will be released in digital and 15 physical copies crafted on 31 October 2022.
